In order to start 2023 with a calm mind and healthy body we want to share 31 Days of Mindfulness - 31 small daily wellness practices. Try each day a different practice, so you can see how they make you feel. Some of them you might want to incorporate into your daily life and make them a habit. 

 

  1. Write down 3 things you want to achieve this year
  2. End your shower with 30 seconds of cold water
  3. Go on a walk without your phone for some inspiration
  4. Say a quick thank you for every meal and beverage you consume today for nourishing your body and soul
  5. Read at least 5 pages of a book today
  6. First thing in the morning exposure yourself to about 10 minutes of natural light
  7. Connect to art, go to a museum or gallery, surround yourself with beauty
