In order to start 2023 with a calm mind and healthy body we want to share 31 Days of Mindfulness - 31 small daily wellness practices. Try each day a different practice, so you can see how they make you feel. Some of them you might want to incorporate into your daily life and make them a habit.
- Write down 3 things you want to achieve this year
- End your shower with 30 seconds of cold water
- Go on a walk without your phone for some inspiration
- Say a quick thank you for every meal and beverage you consume today for nourishing your body and soul
- Read at least 5 pages of a book today
- First thing in the morning exposure yourself to about 10 minutes of natural light
- Connect to art, go to a museum or gallery, surround yourself with beauty
