Ingredients:
- 115g butter
- 120g sugar
- 120g flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6g matcha powder
- 2 large eggs
- 15ml milk
How to:
- Melt butter over medium low heat
- Mix sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and sift matcha
- In separate bowl whisk together 2 eggs and milk until frothy
- Add liquids into dry mixture and combine
- Slowly add melted butter
- Refrigerate for 3 hours
- Preheat oven to 190°C
- Brush madeleine molds with a bit of butter and fill with batter
- Bake for 11-13 minutes and let cool before removing from the mold
