This is the easiest and yummiest recipe. I'm not the best baker but they always turn out soooo good! 

I use 2 big Tablespoons of Matcha, but you can also use a bit more or less depending on how strong you want the matcha flavor. 

Prep time: 10 minutes  Total time: 20 minutes   Serving: 10 Servings


  • 250g flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda (natron) 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp culinary Matcha Powder
  • 227g butter
  • 250g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 80g white chocolate chunks

How to: 

1. preheat oven to 180°C
2. brown butter (heat until golden, let cool down)
3. combine flour, baking soda, salt and matcha
4. add sugar to butter and mix well
5. add eggs and vanilla to butter/sugar mix and whisk for 1 minute (!)
6. slowly add dry ingredients to wet ones
7. add white chocolate chunks
8. place scoops of dough onto baking sheet (leave enough space between)
9. bake for 9-11 minutes (180°C)
