Vegan Matcha Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 2.5dl coconut milk
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 80g agave syrup (or maple syrup) 
  • 150g coconut yogurt
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 lime juice

How to:

  1. Sift matcha and whisk with coconut milk
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients together
  3. Fill popsicles forms and freeze for 5 hours
